PRODUCTS & RETURNS POLICY
While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, colour may show differently depending on your monitor display settings.
Returns will be accepted on any of our products within a reasonable time frame. Where an item is deemed faulty we will provide options for a replacement item, an online credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other options.
In the first instance please email us directly on contact@musthavebeautynz.com to make us aware of the situation and we can advise how to return the product to us.
