Shipping
Orders are shipped within 1-3 working days of purchase confirmation via Fastway Couriers. During our busy times this can be extended by an extra day however we do our best to send this out ASAP.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with parcel tracking details upon shipment, please allow up to 3-5 business days for delivery (Australia deliveries will take longer).

Returns
Returns will be accepted on any of our products within a reasonable time frame. Where an item is deemed faulty we will provide options for a replacement item, an online credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other options.

In the first instance please email us directly on contact@musthavebeautynz.com to make us aware of the situation and we can advise how to return the product to us.
