  • We recommend a maximum of 12 characters in total per Personalised Necklace AND  Bracelet Piece as there can be discrepancies in chain lengths due to the amount of characters you have entered for the item. 

  • Please keep in mind the more characters, the longer that your chain will be from the selected (18”, 20” etc)

  • Once you have placed an order for Personalised Jewellery, please note that we cannot make any changes to the text, length and/or colour of the item you have placed.
  • Our Personalised Jewellery is made once your order is placed, each piece is a completely custom item designed by you which is then manufactured individually. This means that to manufacture your piece/s it can take up to an estimated timeframe of 4-12 weeks to arrive at their new home.

 

PROCESS ONCE I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER: 

  • We aim to have orders shipped out within 4-6 weeks once an order is placed however this can be extended to an estimate of up to 12 weeks due to many factors including COVID-19 restrictions across the globe. 

  • Once your order has arrived in our office, we will ship to you via the shipping method you have selected.

  • If you have ordered any other IN STOCK items with your Personalised Jewellery, they will all be shipped together once the custom order arrives OR you can select the Double Discounted Shipping in the checkout to have the IN STOCK items sent separately if you would not like to wait for these.
Personalised Jewellery that exceed the 12 weeks estimated for delivery will not be refunded as this is an estimated timeframe and can be affected by many things however we will remain in touch with Customers should anything happen that exceeds this timeframe such as the current Global Pandemic.
