COVID-19 UPDATE

Kia ora lovelies! Thank you for your ongoing support and patience with us as a company!
Unfortunately with the unpredictable world of COVID-19 that we are currently living through, we thought it best to provide an update with how we are being affected as a business so that you guys, our customers, are in the loop and as up to date with our business as we are!
With the restrictions on overseas travel and international shipping (specifically out of areas in China), this has greatly affected our usual dispatch timeframes for our CUSTOM PIECES. Previously we were able to turn these orders around in 3-6 weeks. However now when we are ordering from our supplier, we are not seeing these orders delivered to MHBNZ, until earliest 6 weeks after they have been placed with the supplier. We have updated all of our Frequently Asked Questions so that we can reflect this and provide ongoing clarity for our customers!

SHIPPING

How long will it take me to receive my order?
Orders for items that are NOT specified as pre order are shipped within 1-2 working days from the purchase date via Courier Post.
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email upon shipment. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for the delivery once you have received this email. *Excludes Rural/International addresses.
What if I have purchased both pre ordered items and items that are in stock?
If you have purchased both; pre-ordered and in stock items (e.g. Custom Necklace, Lash Applicator and $ALTY lashes). In this case any items ordered that are in stock will be held and dispatched when the custom pieces arrive from the supplier (please see FAQ’s for CUSTOM PIECES).
To have your in-stock items shipped prior to the arrival of your CUSTOM piece, please select Discounted Double New Zealand Tracked Shipping as your shipping option.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is currently available to Australia, United States and the United Kingdom.

Once I place my order, how long will it take for me to receive my item/s?

Quick answer. 6-10 weeks. We understand that this is quite the wait (but also well worth it)!
*Please have a read of our COVID-19 Update to keep informed with our shipping timeframes. These have increased as a result of restrictions with international shipping due to the current pandemic.

Eventually we will be hoping to start manufacturing all Custom Pieces in our office for a faster turnaround! 

I ordered the wrong item/there is a spelling error, can I change this?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to the item, colour, length or text so please ensure before you place your order that everything is perfect. 

It’s been longer than the 6-10 week timeframe, where is my order?

Please get in contact with us! We have a dedicated customer service representative/virtual assistant that would love to hear from you! If you can email your order number through to contact@musthavebeautynz.com so that we can investigate we will get you a reply within 48 hours!

FALSE LASHES & OTHER PRODUCTS

Will my false lashes come with glue?
Currently lashes do not come with glue however we do have our very own Clear Drying Striplash Adhesive available!
How many times can I wear my Must Have Beauty NZ false lashes?
Each pair of false lashes can be worn anywhere between 5-10 times if they are cared for correctly. With each order customers will receive a care card which explains our recommendations when it comes to caring for your lashes.
Are your Lashes cruelty free?
Absolutely! We vetted many suppliers before going into the lash business ensuring that the synthetic hairs used for our 5D Faux Mink and 3D Faux Mink lashes as well as the Mink hairs (CANCELLED and $ALTY) lashes were completely cruelty free.
Are your Makeup Brushes cruelty free?
Again, absolutely! Our Face Beat Brush Sets are made from high quality man-made synthetic hairs.
